Refund and Cancellation Policy

We at G1_Mart strive to provide you with the best grocery shopping experience. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, here’s our policy:

1. Order Cancellation:

• You can cancel your order before it is dispatched.

• Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

2. Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed in case of:

  • Damaged product delivery.

  • Wrong item delivered.

  • Order not delivered.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

3. Return Process:

• Raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery via g1martvns@gmail.com or WhatsApp.

• Share clear images if the product is damaged or incorrect.
